Week ahead with Delilah Marvelle and Jennifer Estep (and giveaway!)

We’re having double the fun this week at Magical, starting with an interview with debut author Delilah Marvelle on Tuesday. Delilah spent her youth studying various languages, reading voraciously, and playing the pianoforte. She confesses that here ends the extent of her gentle breeding. She was a naughty child who was forever torturing her parents with countless adventures that they did not deem respectable. Confined to her room on many occasions due to these misadventures, she discovered the quill and its amazing power. Soon, much to the dismay of her parents, she rather enjoyed being confined to her room. And so, her writing continues.
An RWA member since 1998 and a two time Golden Heart Finalist, Delilah’s debut book, Mistress of Pleasure comes out September 2, 2008 and is book 1 in the five book School of Gallantry series.
Our Thursday blogger, fun and fabulous Jennifer Estep, is one of our favorite guests. By night, Jennifer is an author, prowling the streets of her imagination in search of her next super idea. Her Bigtime books feature sexy superheroes, evil ubervillains, and lots of smart, sassy gals looking for love.
By day, Jennifer is an award-winning features page designer for a daily newspaper. She’s also a certifiable fangirl and an authority on fantasy literature and culture. Her third Bigtime book, Jinx, will be released September 2nd. She’s already getting rave reviews, and she’ll give one lucky commenter a copy of the book.
