We have a double treat this week. Our friend, Zoe Winters, will be our guest this Tuesday. Zoe writes paranormal romance under her independent imprint and just last week released KEPT, a paranormal romance novella of approximately 20,000 words.

Here’s a teaser: Greta is a werecat whose tribe plans to sacrifice her during the next full moon. Her only hope for survival is Dayne, a sorcerer who once massacred most of the tribe. What’s that thing they say about the enemy of your enemy?

On Thursday, Liz Kreger is interviewing Carrie Lofty, who established the group blog, Unusual Historicals. Carrie’s debut Kensington Zebra book, WHAT A SCOUNDREL WANTS — a swashbuckling contribution to the Robin Hood legends — was released last week. She has an unusual hero, as you can tell from one of the best teasers I’ve ever read:

In Sherwood Forest, outcast warrior Will Scarlet rescues a blind woman who dreams of fire.
Now, to defeat the new Sheriff of Nottingham, he’ll need to become a hero for the ages. It’s amazing what a scoundrel will do for love…
