Through A Glass Clearly
Every so often, life gathers you in a hug and makes you smile for no apparent reason. At least to the eye it seems for-no-apparent reason, but we all know different. The main thing is, the hug is always there … Continue reading
Frannie The Flygirl
I bought my Butterball turkey and KY ham today. It occurred to me that Thanksgiving rolls around the same time every year. So, why do I usually wait till the week before to really line things up? Haven’t a clue, … Continue reading
Fearless
The moment I heard about Marisol Valles Garcia, I knew she carried the stuff of great stories and legends. She’s Mexico’s youngest Police Chief, in a town that everyone in law enforcement had to flee from. No one wanted the … Continue reading

Fall Reading

Compelling
I love when a book surprises the reader. Sometimes the beauty you find is in the writing, maybe an original idea that shouts from the rooftops, or some unexplainable force that compels one to follow. I found myself utterly surprised … Continue reading
Heart Things
The older I get, the more deeply I navigate from the heart. Children experience life through this lens and I love that. Want to know true authenticity, talk to a child. I believe the stories we create and those we … Continue reading
